Meditation is being present Connecting with yourself and with others

When you feel stressed, angry, panic in your body, you will drift away from yourself and isolate yourself. I was not connected with myself or the world around. Through meditation you will be in the moment with my thoughts and feelings. You will see the pattern when you are feeling angry, hurt, sad. You will learn how to cope with these feelings. Also in relation with others, with your family, friends and co-workers.
